Unless you already have a lot of money in an account, you won't become rich off this, but it's a great tool to afford a vacation, to buy a Christmas present, or even finance a trip to brick and mortar casinos--or whatever you want to use the extra money for. The only thing is sticking to it, I mean, if you have a stock portfolio, do you watch all the stocks regularly?
